How it works

Three kinds of care, one team.

Medical

Medication for opioid use disorder

Methadone, buprenorphine (Suboxone), and naltrexone (Vivitrol). Daily medication that reduces cravings and prevents withdrawal. You choose, with a clinician, the medication that fits your life.

Mental

Counseling and peer support

Licensed counselors and peer specialists who have been where you are. Available the same day as your medical visits - you don't have to drive twice.

Social

The things that aren't medical

Help with ID replacement, benefits applications, housing referrals, and warm handoffs to legal aid. The medicine works better when these are settled.

What we share, and what we don't

Federal law (42 CFR Part 2) protects your treatment record. Northwest Integrated Health does not share your records with employers, family, courts, probation officers, or law enforcement unless you give written permission, or in the rare emergencies the law specifically defines.
