Kimmy Lake, Chemical Dependency Counselor.

Kimmy Lake
I have worked at Northwest Integrated Health since 2015 in multiple departments including Hub and Spoke and Behavioral Health. I'm the Clinical Supervisor for the Lakewood and Puyallup locations with over 20 years of experience in Behavioral Health, a BSC in Addiction Counseling from Indiana Wesleyan University, and a professional license for Chemical Dependency since 2013.
When I am not at work I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren, camping, fishing, hiking, and the outdoors. I like to give back to the community by volunteering at the local food bank and other agencies.
